You will drive automation roadmaps, major capital projects, new product introductions, and factory transformation initiatives while serving as the site's highest-level automation subject matter expert.The ideal candidate will come from a contract manufacturing environment (EMS or similar) and have demonstrated success leading automation initiatives supporting high-volume manufacturing operations.
