HR RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT-BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in an HR and staffing environment?

We are currently seeking an HR Recruitment Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the onsite account team with recruiting and staffing activities while helping meet our client’s operational goals.

Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the recruitment process, coordinating applicant screenings such as background checks, assessments, and drug testing, maintaining talent records, and assisting with compliance and safety processes.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or a related field is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• Professional and customer-focused approach when interacting with candidates, employees, and clients.

Work hours: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (with possible Saturday shifts about twice a month during busy periods). Qualified candidates will be contacted promptly. We look forward to connecting with you!

Responsibilities

Developing and managing a talent pipeline that aligns with the client's needs and output requirements 

Participating in hiring process by administering skill assessments, processing applications, and references 

Coordinating and managing background check and drug testing process.

Maintaining talent records in Randstad Front Office
