Registered Nurse - Surgical Care Unit - Days

Position: Registered Nurse - Surgical Care Unit Location: Naperville Hours: Full-time, 36 hours/week, day shifts with rotating weekends and holidays Responsibilities: Provides professional nursing care following hospital policies and Illinois regulations, assesses patient conditions, recognizes changes, plans, executes, and evaluates care, monitors progress, delegates tasks, and collaborates with the team to achieve unit goals. Qualifications 1+ years' RN experience in inpatient settings Bachelor's or higher in Nursing preferred; Associate Degree with a plan to complete Bachelor's within five years if applicable Current Illinois RN license and CPR certification Skills Critical thinking, assessment, delegation, teamwork, adherence to regulations Benefits Incentives, shift and holiday pay, career growth, medical/dental/vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, retirement plans, paid time off, wellness programs, and community involvement.
