Responsibilities: Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed Assist with medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping tasks Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure holistic care and support Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other care team members to ensure coordinated care and achieve optimal outcomes Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client care and services provided Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices Requirements: Current certification as a Home Care Aide in the state of Washington Ability to lift, bend, and move clients safely and comfortably, as needed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and caregivers Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and priorities Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable) What We Offer: Competitive compensation and benefits package ($20 - $22 HOURLY) Ongoing training and professional development opportunities A dynamic and supportive work environment The satisfaction of making a positive impact in people's lives #J-18808-Ljbffr
