Essential Responsibilities:

• May pickup, receive, verify, load and deliver equipment and materials needed for each job.
• Organizing inventory in warehouse and pull parts and equipment as needed to stage for techs.
• Demonstrates and establishes effective working relationships with co-workers, superiors.
• Properly completes all paperwork required for each job.
• Responsible for some pickup and delivery of HVAC & Plumbing related items.
• Maintains cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.
• Maintains high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

General Responsibilities:

• Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.
• Represents Jackson Comfort Services in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.
• Physical requirements includes the ability to lift up to 75lbs, stand, bend, stoop, sit, reach, lift and travel to locations.

Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to be flexible in work schedule (may include some weekends).
• HVAC school or work experience a+

Skills and Abilities:

• Must have knowledge of safety rules and requirements.
• Must have a strong attention to detail.
• Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have the ability to multi-task.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must have clean driving record.
• Must possess knowledge of HVAC systems.
