Strategic Director, Contingent Workforce & Staffing

Memorial Hermann Health System seeks a Director, Contingent Workforce and Staffing to lead the internal variable staffing pool and manage 1,200+ licensed/non-licensed staff along with 21 admin staff across the system. The role interfaces with campus leadership to project staffing needs, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure compliant, efficient scheduling and payroll processes.
