Caregiver Position at Executive Home Care of North County

Join Executive Home Care of North County as a Caregiver and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals who need compassionate support at home. As we expand our services into the Inland Empire, we're looking for caring, dependable, and dedicated caregivers to join our growing team and serve clients throughout North County and the Inland Empire.

Pay: $19.00$23.00 per hour

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous caregiving or related experience preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic personality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and provide person-centered care
• Commitment to treating every client with dignity, respect, and kindness

As a Caregiver, you may be responsible for:

• Personal Care Assistance Help with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Medication Reminders Assist clients in staying on schedule with their prescribed medications
• Meal Preparation & Nutrition Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
• Companionship Provide conversation, emotional support, and companionship during appointments or activities
• Health Monitoring Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the appropriate care team
