Expedition Gaming is a growing e-commerce startup focused on trading cards and collectibles, especially Pokémon. We’re a small team moving fast, and every role matters. If you want real responsibility, hands-on work, and visibility into how a business actually runs, this is the place.
The Role
We’re looking for an Order Fulfillment & Operations Associate to help run day-to-day fulfillment and inventory operations. You’ll be packing orders, handling shipments, keeping inventory organized, and supporting the team wherever needed. This is a hands-on, in-person role with room to grow as the company scales.
What You’ll Do
- Pack and fulfill online customer orders daily
- Drop off shipments with USPS, UPS, and FedEx
- Receive and process incoming inventory and supplies
- Help track inventory and report any discrepancies
- Keep the workspace clean and organized (trash, restocking, light cleaning)
- Assist partners with misc. operational tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with hands-on work
- Team player with clear communication skills
- Operations, warehouse, or fulfillment experience is a plus
- Pokémon or collectibles knowledge is ideal, not a requirement
- STRONG PREFERENCE TO THOSE WITH RELEVANT AND RECENT ECOMMERCE PACKING/FULFILLMENT EXPERIENCE
Schedule
- Typical shifts: 12 PM – 9 PM, occasional later evenings
- Some partial shifts available
- Occasional longer days during busy periods
- Preferably looking for people who can work 4-5 days minimum
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand and move for most of the shift
- Lift and carry packages up to ~40 lbs
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks like packing and sorting products/orders
