Salary: $104,000 - 208,000 per year Requirements:

• We require fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
• We require proficiency in at least one programming language or framework, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• We require strong writing skills and excellent grammar.
• We require a bachelors degree, either completed or currently in progress.
• We prefer prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer.
• We hire candidates only in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.

• We design and solve a variety of coding challenges used to train AI systems.
• We write clear, high-quality code examples and detailed explanations.
• We review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• We provide feedback that helps shape and improve the next generation of AI models.
• We contribute programming tasks that include building applications, solving complex coding problems, and analyzing data.
