ENGINEERING SR MANAGER

As an Engineering Sr Manager, you will lead a highly skilled team that provides comprehensive engineering, scientific, technical, and programmatic support services for research, development, test, and evaluation activities associated with acoustic and non‑acoustic ship signatures to enhance the Navy’s stealth. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with government, academia, and private industry stakeholders to achieve program objectives and the mission. Drive key outcomes and lead the team to innovate and resolve challenges. Utilize and develop specific tools, skills, or technologies in the role. What You’ll Need To Succeed Education: BS required. Experience: 20+ years managing Navy systems projects related to U.S. Navy submarine or surface ship signature measurement or reduction. 12+ years of experience in program planning and management, including long‑range technology development project analysis and documentation at Exploratory and Advanced Development R&D levels. Experience in financial status monitoring of projects involving multiple funding categories. Expertise in acoustic recording systems development and certification, advanced development sonars, or ship signature RDT&E projects. Experience managing signature measurement systems, underwater acoustic programs, or ship signature trial planning. Security clearance: Secret/TS/SCI eligible. U.S. citizenship required. Up to 10% travel may be required. Work location primarily at a government site. Benefits & Compensation Salary range: $178,500 – $241,500 (performance, location, and contractual factors may influence compensation).
