Integrated Logistics Support Manager

The Leonardo DRS Land Systems business is a recognized leader in the design and integration of complex technologies into new and legacy systems for global military and commercial customers. Job Summary Leonardo DRS Land Systems seeks integrated logistics support managers (ILSM) to lead logistics efforts for defense integrated product support programs. The role is based in Bridgeton, MO and offers in‑person or hybrid work. The manager will oversee a team of logisticians, trainers, publication authors, and field support personnel to complete projects across navigation, land, communications, and control systems. Job Responsibilities Lead all logistics efforts, including cost, budget, schedule, and performance monitoring. Manage a team of Logistics Engineers, Trainers, Technical Publication writers, and field support personnel. Forecast and plan project workloads, budgets, and tasks. Ensure compliance and quality with all project logistics requirements. Coordinate logistics support activities in spares, technical data, test equipment, field service, training, modification programs, manual development, provisioning, and change control with customers. Analyze engineering change documentation to determine applicability and scope of effort. Mentor and coach less experienced logisticians. Attend engineering, marketing, and program management meetings to provide support planning guidance and requirements. Travel for logistics demonstrations, manual validation, test events, program reviews, and customer/supplier visits. Present complex logistics support topics to various audiences. Support and reinforce the organization’s mission, values, and culture. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field. 3+ years of experience in logistics support (ILS) or equivalent combination of education/training. Leadership and supervisory experience. Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Ability to work in a team environment and provide leadership guidance. Decision‑making skills and ability to handle complex issues timely. Experience in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment preferred. Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%. This position requires an active DoD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after employment commencement.
