Essential Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Must have valid Commercial Driver's License with school bus endorsement
- Must have a school bus driver certificate from Stark County Board of Education
- Must have ability to take directions, possess good public relations skills and ability to work well with others as judged by Transportation Supervisor
- Must have strength and dexterity to handle all labor tasks connected with job
- Must have an acceptable background check and complete all required personnel records
- Must have a good record of punctuality and demonstrate building average attendance
General Expectations:
- Must be a positive voice with other staff members at all times
- Must be prepared for change, even if it comes at a faster than desired pace
