Certified Nursing Assistant

The Certified Nursing Assistant provides hands-on support to patients in a healthcare setting in Staten Island under the direction of licensed nursing staff. Common duties include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, meal support, and taking vital signs as assigned. The role also involves observing and reporting changes in patient condition, helping maintain clean and safe patient areas, and supporting daily care routines with respect and professionalism. Candidates should hold current CNA certification, have a basic understanding of patient care procedures, and demonstrate patience, reliability, and clear communication. Experience working in a clinical or long-term care environment is often helpful.
