Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, emails and walk-in inquiries
* Assist customers with policy information, billing questions, endorsements, and document requests
* Process policy changes, renewals, and follow ups accurately and timely
* Support the sales team by identifying customer needs and referring opportunities
* Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
*Handle claims inquiries and direct customers to appropriate resources
* Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
* Obtain P&C + Life insurance license prior to employment (position requires)
