CNC Machine Operator

A Fairview Company is currently hiring Junior to Experienced CNC Machine Operators for all shifts. Pay starts at $18.00/hour and increases based on proven experience. Previous CNC experience is preferred, but candidates with at least one year of manufacturing experience and strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines to produce quality machined parts according to production specifications.
Read and interpret basic blueprints and work instructions.
Load raw materials and unload finished parts from CNC equipment.
Monitor machine operation to identify defects or equipment issues.
Perform basic quality checks using measuring tools and visual inspections.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

Previous CNC machining experience preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience required.
Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to read and write in English.
Background check and drug screen required.

Benefits/Compensation

Full Time
All shifts available.
Pay Rate is $18.00+ per hour DOE
Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
