H Motors, Inc. is a family-owned and operated logistics company headquartered in Jacksonville, FL, with offices in Newark, NJ. We specialize in transporting and exporting vehicles from across the United States to destinations around the world.

We are looking for a Vehicle Dispatcher to join our team! Candidates applying for this role should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and must be comfortable working independently as necessary. We need someone who can stay organized, think on their feet, and confidently handle challenging situations.

As outlined in the role, the Vehicle Dispatcher will be responsible for supporting the dispatch team with a variety of essential tasks, such as:

• Answer incoming calls from truck drivers and coordinate vehicle pickups and deliveries from auctions across the United States to our warehouses.
• Communicate with car carriers, auto auctions, and our internal teams to ensure vehicles are picked up and delivered on time.
• Handle multiple incoming calls, requests, and tasks throughout the day.
• Follow up with auctions regarding vehicle releases, titles, and keys.
• Track vehicle deliveries and coordinate with our other offices to resolve delays or issues.
• Process payments to car carriers for completed deliveries.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and organize related paperwork.

Previous dispatch or transportation experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who has the personality, work ethic, and organizational skills to succeed.

Experience with Central Dispatch and QuickBooks is preferred but not necessary.

This job is based out of Jacksonville, Florida and, if selected, will be required to work out of our office M-F. Our working hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
