Shape high‑performance composites with TREO Staffing

TREO Staffing is hiring experienced fiberglass professionals to help build, repair, and finish marine and industrial components. If you take pride in precise layups, flawless gelcoat, and clean, safe workmanship, you’ll feel right at home here.

A day in the role

You’ll move from blueprint to finished surface, transforming raw materials into dependable results:

Lay out, cut, fit, and install fiberglass materials for boats, vessels, and industrial components
Perform structural and cosmetic fiberglass repairs
Apply resins, gel coats, and related composite materials
Sand, grind, buff, and finish fiberglass to spec
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company safety policies and procedures

What you bring

Previous fiberglass experience preferred
Background in marine, shipyard boat building, or industrial environments is a plus
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, grinders, and sanders
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
Reliable transportation and on-time attendance
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
