Overview Thompson Houston (The Residences at the Allen) is a 36‑story luxury hotel in downtown Houston. The property includes 172 guestrooms, 34 suites, 100 private residences, a spa, fitness center, restaurants, heliport, pool deck, and over 17,000 square feet of meeting space. We are hiring Bell Attendants to join the team. Responsibilities Assist guests with check‑in and check‑out; maintain accurate logs. Communicate with Front Office and Valet to escort guests and transport luggage efficiently. Ensure guests are comfortable, familiar with room features, and provide recommendations for hotel or local attractions. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of bell area. Qualifications Strong desire to satisfy guests in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent verbal communication skills.
