IT Help Desk - Part-time

Under the direct supervision of the IT Supervisor, the IT Help Desk will be responsible for providing administrative assistance in all areas of Information Technology. The IT Help Desk will assist the IT Help Desk and elevate problems as necessary. Work Schedule Requires morning, afternoon and evenings. Monday through Sunday. Requires weekends. Request to be scheduled off for a specific day requires advance notification and approval by supervisor. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage/assign/complete IT Help Desk tickets, escalating as necessary. Provide IT support to all vendors and staff through all forms of communications. Log detailed communications of problems diagnosed and fixed. Administrative duties that include but are not limited to: scheduling meetings, ordering supplies/equipment, filing, printing, and scanning. Organizes and distributes materials, supplies and equipment across various departments and locations. Partners with the recruiting/HR team to assist, as needed, in coordinating onboarding/offboarding for employees. Maintains an accurate inventory of all IT equipment. Must exhibit STAR treatment to all customers and co-workers. Complete other duties as assigned. Physical Job Requirements Sit and/or stand continuously and perform job functions for a full shift with lunch break. Requires bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, lifting and pulling. Move objects up to and exceeding 25lbs. with reasonable accommodations.
