Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition is seeking a faculty gastroenterologist with interest in general gastroenterology to at the main campus in Nashville, Tennessee.   

Position Highlights:

• Vanderbilt’s Gastroenterology Division comprises nearly 80 clinicians, clinician educators, physician-scientists, APPs, and investigators.

• This Clinician Educator-track position offers bread and butter gastroenterology within a collegial and collaborative group of 14 physicians

• Great work/life balance – general GI night call only 4-5 weeks per year

• Our multidisciplinary in-house team includes pharmacists, dieticians, case managers, and highly trained nursing staff

• Teach fellows, residents, and other learners with a faculty appointment to VUMC and 20% dedicated academic time. Opportunity to participate in research, QI projects, or protocol development during protected academic time
