Description
Receptionist - Urgent Care
Greets the patients with a focus on customer service.
Coordinate the registration process and office flow across multiple specialties allowing for productivity including a maximized net utilization rate.
Notifies patients of their financial responsibilities.
Understands and manages point of service collection efforts in the practice.
Collects all copays, deductibles, and prior patient responsibility balances.
Qualifications
High school diploma or its equivalent.
1 year of medical office receptionist/biller experience preferred.
