Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. This role involves providing exceptional patient care within an acute care setting. The position may require floating to various locations within a designated 60-mile radius and across different acuity levels as necessary. Floating may occur mid-shift, and travel time will be compensated.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients across multiple departments including ICU, PCU/Stepdown, and MS-Tele.
• Assist in managing low acuity holds in the ICU based on skillset.
• Float as needed to support staffing and patient care across assigned locations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and standards of care.
• Participate in orientation activities and training sessions as required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• BSN preferred, but not required.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS (AHA), and NIHSS.
• Flexibility to float within the designated radius and various care settings.

Shift Details

This position generally requires night shifts, specifically from 6 PM to 6 AM, with every other weekend rotation.

Additional Information

• Orientation week attendance is mandatory, regardless of remote module scheduling.
• The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 4 shifts during a 13-week assignment.
