Organizational Change Management Specialist

Job Number: 26-01199 Location: White Plains, NY ECLARO's client is America's largest state power organization and a national leader in energy efficiency and clean energy technology. ECLARO is looking for an Organizational Change Management Specialist to support a complex operational transformation in the Utility sector. Project Overview Change Management professional with significant experience managing organizational transformation in operations, ideally within the Utility sector. Contract role reporting to Client's Enterprise Change Management and Engagement team, supporting a complex operational transformation. Partner with project leadership and core team members to plan and execute change management and engagement activities as a critical component of the transformation program. Strategic thinker with problem-solving mindset, strong relationship building and trust fostering skills. Responsibilities Lead Organizational Change and Engagement workstream from requirements definition through deployment by engaging business stakeholders. Conduct change impact & benefit assessments, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analyze existing documentation to develop a baseline. Prioritize areas to engage and develop alignment plans (document operating model decisions and create associated change and engagement plans). Create and leverage standardized templates for department-specific alignment plans. Socialize and gain buy-in from leadership and key stakeholders. Design and deliver fit-for-purpose change management, communications, and training materials (as per alignment plans), including change readiness criteria to inform go-live decision. Track change-related items and report/escalate progress, interdependencies, and flag issues and risks. Required Qualifications Robust experience in project management and change methodologies, proficiency in using project management methods to define, plan, schedule, and manage all aspects of a project. Advanced experience leading large-scale, complex change projects throughout the lifecycle from initiation to delivery and post-launch. Extensive experience leveraging relationships and working effectively across all levels of an organization with internal and external stakeholders. Experience managing projects and driving results in rapid and complex changing work environments. Experience implementing and/or improving shared services functions preferred. Experience in Utility sector a plus.
