Harris County's Office of the County Engineer seeks a Senior Geotechnical Engineer / Specifications & Standards Coordinator to lead geotechnical design standards. You'll provide technical leadership for roadway, bridge, drainage and foundation projects, guiding investigations, analyses and PS&E packages. You will drive continuous improvement of standards, coordinate with TxDOT and consultants, mentor staff, and present changes to HCED and Precinct teams nationwide.
