Quality Control Coordinator

Location This position is open to applicants who are located in or around Groveport, OH and able to work 1st Shift scheduled Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM with flexibility for longer hours based off of business and peak needs. The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Control Coordinator to join our team in Groveport, Ohio. This role is responsible for inspecting garments to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Responsibilities Inspect finished garments for defects such as loose threads, poor stitching, incorrect labeling, stains, or fabric flaws. Measure garments to ensure they meet size specifications and tolerances. Compare finished products to approved samples and technical specifications. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of findings. Communicate quality issues to production and quality teams for corrective action. Assist in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Always ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized inspection area. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to accurately work with statistical data and identify inconsistencies and problem areas. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle defects. Basic math and measurement skills; ability to use measuring tools such as rulers and tape measures. Experience & Skills High degree of professionalism and confidentiality. Proficient in use of mainframe, and other systems including Word and Excel. Ability to work independently and set priorities. Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. A proven problem solver. Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality. Knowledge of PowerPoint and Access software. Physical Demands and Working Conditions Able to withstand constant physical activity (standing, walking, bending, stooping over, reaching, etc.). Able to be on your feet all day. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on occasion (document boxes, files, binders, and other items). Able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time. Able to work overtime.
