Desired Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Washington state SLP license Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Previous school-based SLP experience preferred Demonstrated collaborative skills with multidisciplinary teams Strong written and verbal communication abilities Dedication to fostering student engagement and progress Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments tailored to students individual needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct therapy services to eligible students in group and individual settings Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and other school professionals Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to federal, state, and district guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to child study teams Facilitate a positive, supportive environment responsive to students and families These positions offer the chance to make a daily impact while collaborating with progressive professionals who value innovation and student success.
