Cloud Security Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced SailPoint Technical Advisor with strong expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and EPIC IAM integrations. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and hands-on implementation support for enterprise identity governance initiatives within a healthcare environment.

• Serve as the technical advisor for SailPoint ISC architecture, design, and implementation.
• Lead customer workshops, technical discussions, and IAM strategy sessions.
• Review existing IAM environments, identify gaps, recommend improvements, and guide implementation teams.
• Design and implement Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML), Rehire, Contractor, and Termination lifecycle processes.
• Architect and support application onboarding, identity governance, provisioning, certifications, and access request solutions.
• Provide hands-on guidance for complex SailPoint implementations, integrations, and production support.
• Troubleshoot provisioning, aggregation, correlation, certification, workflow, and connector issues.
• Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, implementation guides, and best practices.
• Mentor engineers and support delivery teams throughout implementation.

• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Healthcare IAM experience with EPIC integration is required.
• Experience onboarding enterprise applications into ISC.
• Strong understanding of: Identity Profiles Lifecycle States, Access Profiles, Roles, Identity Correlation, Aggregation, Provisioning & Deprovisioning, Certifications, Access Requests, Workflows.
• Experience managing EPIC identities, accounts, roles, entitlements, provisioning, and deprovisioning through SailPoint.
• Experience integrating and supporting: REST APIs, Web Services, SCIM, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Workday, ServiceNow, Virtual Appliances, Custom integrations.

• SailPoint ISC Certification.
• Strong understanding of IAM architecture, governance, and best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills across connectors, workflows, provisioning, aggregation, certifications, and identity correlation.
• Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance technical advisory responsibilities with hands-on implementation and mentoring.

The ideal candidate is an experienced SailPoint consultant or architect who can engage with customers, define IAM strategy, design scalable SailPoint ISC solutions, provide technical leadership, and remain hands-on with implementation, troubleshooting, and EPIC integration in a healthcare environment.
