Maintenance Technician 2nd ShiftInjection molding maintenance experience required.2nd Shift: 3:00pm to 11:00pm (Must train on 1st shift from 7:00am to 3:00pm until training is complete)Pay: $25.75/hrSummary:Service and repair all injection molding machines and their subsystems (dryers, Part Removal, etc.) in support to Injection Molding Department.Duties:Perform assigned preventative maintenance duties including repairs and tooling changeovers.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and pressurized leak tester problems.Perform routine facility maintenance jobs related to plumbing, and light electrical work.Assist in projects related to inventory, tooling reviews and other as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.Qualifications:Experience with injection molding equipment and 24V systemsAble to troubleshoot mechanical and pneumatic systems.Ability to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams.Must be experienced in light tool repairs involving drills, taps, and other fabrication techniques.Ability to weld and exposure to vibrational feed equipment are desired skills.
