Government Property Asset Specialist

KIHOMAC, Inc. is seeking an experienced Property/Asset Manager to review and update property records, prepare detailed reports, and coordinate annual inventories across supplier sites. The role requires strong knowledge of government property regulations and Excel-based reporting. You will support audits (PMSA, CSA, QA, AS9100), liaise with stakeholders, and ensure asset accountability throughout the life cycle.
