Technology Sr Mgr, Labeling Product Owner

DePuy Synthes seeks a Technology Senior Manager and Labeling Product Owner to define and deliver a labeling system enabling compliant, scalable label printing across manufacturing and distribution operations. The role combines product strategy, cross-functional leadership, and regulatory compliance oversight within a global medical device environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive labeling product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to supply chain and manufacturing priorities
• Translate business requirements into prioritized backlogs and deliver labeling solutions end-to-end
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure GMP and data integrity compliance
• Manage vendor relationships, scope definition, and financial oversight of labeling platforms
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams supporting global manufacturing and distribution site rollouts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 6-8 years progressive experience in IT product management, labeling systems, or supply chain technology
• Extensive labeling systems experience in regulated manufacturing (medical devices, pharmaceuticals)
• Understanding of labeling, content management processes, and ERP/PLM data integrations
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, vendors, and enterprise-scale technology program timelines
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across IT, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality functions
• Strong decision-making, communication, and change-management skills in matrixed organizations
