- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders within the LPN scope of practice

- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility; support hygiene and comfort
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans; report changes promptly

Requirements
- Current LPN license to practice; eligibility may be considered
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and meet the stated schedule
- Strong communication and documentation skills
