Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour
Position: Part-Time | Approximately 15 Hours Per Week
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Morning Hours
Sign-On Bonus: $500 after 90 days
Cancellation Pay: 50% pay for eligible last-minute client cancellations JOIN A TEAM THAT INVESTS IN YOU Thrive Hive ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an established client in the Newport, NC area. This position offers approximately 15 consistent hours per week with a weekday morning schedule. At Thrive Hive ABA, we believe great ABA starts with supporting the people providing it. You'll work closely with your supervising BCBA, receive ongoing clinical support, and be part of a team where your work is valued. WHAT WE OFFER

• Supportive, accessible leadership WHAT YOU'LL DO • Provide one-on-one ABA services in the client's home
• Implement individualized treatment programs developed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect behavioral and skill-acquisition data
• Complete accurate and timely session documentation
• Communicate with caregivers and your supervising BCBA
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and training
• Maintain professional and ethical standards WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to consistently work weekday morning hours in Newport
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable, professional, and committed to the families you serve
