Overview Remote position for a Child and Adolescent Therapist licensed in New Jersey (LCSW, LPC, LMFT). Blackbird Health provides virtual and in-person mental health services across Pennsylvania, Virginia, and New Jersey, with plans to grow in 2026. Position Summary Blackbird Health is looking for a Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team remotely in New Jersey. Note: Strong emphasis on after-school hours; all roles are remote with flexible scheduling. W-2 Employee - Part-Time (20 hours/week) Commitment: 20 hours per week total: 17 hours of direct therapy per week & 3 administrative hours Schedule: Flexible within business needs, emphasizing after 4pm weekdays and weekends Work Model: Remote Total Earning Potential: Up to $70,000+ annually This role offers a combination of income stability and growth potential— a guaranteed base salary with the flexibility to increase earnings based on availability and interest. Base Salary: $45,000 for a part-time schedule (20 hours/week) Guaranteed income with predictable scheduling 17 clinical hours + 3 administrative hours per week Additional Earnings: Earn $70 per clinical session for additional clients beyond base caseload.
