We are looking for baristas with an outgoing, energetic, positive, and friendly personality to join the team at our Commerce drive-thru only store! Using our core values of integrity, love, humility, and courage as a guide, you'll serve amazing drinks, amazingly fast to the Commerce community. If coffee is new to you, don't worry. We'll teach you everything you need to know!
Hours : Flexible schedule with an emphasis on finding team members available on weekdays between 6AM and 3PM. However, we do have all shifts available!
- Hourly rate of $12-14 (plus approx. $1-3 per hour in tips)

- Welcome questions and seek opportunities to educate on our products
- Solicit order, enter sale, and process payment in a timely and friendly fashion
- Manage cash drawer, following established cash handling procedures
- Serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines
- Deliver products within established speed of service guidelines and identify drink upon delivery
- Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment
- Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise
- Maintain cleanliness of coworker and customer areas
- Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer & fellow team members
