Location: New Braunfels, TX
Company: Simpson Race Products, a division of Holley Performance Brands
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:30 PM (with overtime as needed!)
Pay Range: $16.97-$20.63 per hour

Simpson Race Products, a division of Holley Performance Brands, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated General Assembly Team Member to join our manufacturing team in New Braunfels, TX. If you take pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and producing high-quality products in a hands-on environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair automotive racing and motorcycle helmets
• Inspect helmet components prior to assembly to ensure quality standards are met
• Integrate helmets with air and electronic systems
• Participate in product and process improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform other assembly-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Ability to read and understand technical instructions and documents
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work extended hours and occasional Saturdays as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
• Experience working with hand tools
• Familiarity with quality inspection processes

Education

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Frequent standing, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling throughout the workday
