Sanitation Workers for in-week and weekend shifts

Job Description

We are currently hiring Sanitation Workers for in-week and weekend shifts in Melrose Park, Illinois. This role is ideal for candidates with industrial cleaning experience who are comfortable working in physically demanding environments and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. You will play a key role in ensuring production areas, equipment, and facilities remain clean, sanitized, and compliant with industry standards.
Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and sanitizing of production areas and equipment
• Follow sanitation procedures and safety guidelines at all times
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly
• Maintain floors, surfaces, and work areas clean and organized
• Support deep cleaning activities as required
• Identify and report any sanitation or safety concerns
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, industrial environment

Requirements

• Previous sanitation or industrial cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Comfortable lifting heavy materials
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Reliable and punctual

Shift Options & Pay In-week Sanitation - 3rd Shift
Schedule: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
In-week Sanitation - 1st Shift
Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Weekend Sanitation - 1st Shift
Schedule: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
