Description Starting Salary: $21 per hour and up. Citizens Teller You make a real difference for our customers and the branch team. What You'll Do Greet customers in the lobby and demonstrate how to use our mobile app or ATMs to complete simple transactions. Create amazing experiences for customers by seeking opportunities to help them achieve financial goals through personalized advice and solutions, and connect them to Bankers for the next step. Share knowledge of Citizens products and benefits to educate customers and respond to questions and concerns. Follow all financial policies, proper cash handling, and state and local laws and regulations. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 6 months of experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments). Minimum 1 year of demonstrated customer experience recommending and referring products and services. Strong listening and communication skills. Ability to ask questions and identify needs to enhance long‑term customer relationships. Problem‑solving and solution‑providing skills. Customer‑centric mindset to deliver exceptional service. Comfortable using digital technology to support business goals. Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings. Qualified candidates must complete a video interview assessment within 7 days of receiving the invitation. Preferred Skills & Experience 1 year of experience processing transactions. Motivates others through collaboration. Process‑oriented, energetic, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask. Hours & Work Schedule Hours per week: 30. Work schedule varies with branch needs and may include weekends and evenings. Pay range: $21.00 – $22.70 per hour, based on several factors.
