Overview We are seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented HRIS Analyst with strong Workday expertise to support and improve our HR systems and processes. This role will take ownership of Workday transactions, contracts, documentation, and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary Workday power user, independently processing all Workday transactions and business processes. Own documentation and process contracts and transactions, be able to investigate issues and resolve. Research, troubleshoot, and resolve Workday issues, errors, and data inconsistencies. Identify process gaps and recommend system or workflow improvements. Partner with HR to improve system efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across employee lifecycle transactions. Ensure data integrity and consistency across Workday modules. Skills and Requirements Proven experience working with Workday HRIS. Ability to independently manage a wide range of Workday transactions and business processes. Strong documentation skills with experience building process guides from the ground up. Demonstrated ability to research issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions. Comfortable training others and serving as a go‑to HRIS resource. Background in process improvement or system optimization.
