This position is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fun environment that excels at identifying qualified candidates and getting them through the door. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of recruiting or sales experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms Confidence conducting interviews and evaluating candidates A competitive mindset and winning attitude Excellent organization and follow-up The ability to meet recruiting goals and deliver results Travel to outer offices will be needed.
