Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Los Angeles, CA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Alvarado Care Center, a 72-bed skilled nursing facility located in Los Angeles/Korea Town. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse. Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in a manner conducive to safety and comfort

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADL), obtain and record vital signs, and assist with medical procedures

• Make occupied and unoccupied beds, and assist with patient transportation

• Participate in the care planning process and implement care according to care plan

• Perform various tasks as assigned, including but not limited to feeding, bathing, and providing personal care to patients

Qualifications:

• Current California Certified Nursing Assistant Certification

• Current BCLS certification

• No prior CNA experience required; new grads welcome!

• Knowledge of procedures and techniques involved in administering simple treatments and providing related bedside patient care services, as permitted by state regulation

• Ability to contribute to a patient-centered environment
