2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Currently offering a $500 retention bonus after 90-days of employment. About the role Responsible for leading, planning, organizing, and directing all daily production/warehouse related activities. This is a temp to perm position, with 30-day probationary period. Pay is weekly and OT is available Responsibilities Provide feedback on employee work performance. Prepares reports and updates for upper management. Ability to investigate problems and strategize for better solutions. Ensures team members understand all warehouse operations and safety regulations. Assist team members with warehouse procedures that account for product flow and inventory management. Provides leadership and motivation to attain high levels of team member achievement. Essential Skills 2 to 3 years related experience or equivalent. Prior experience in automotive. Good time-management skills. Demonstrated proficiency in leading teams. Communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills Understand and respond to a diverse population.
