Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact on elementary students’ lives as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist for an upcoming contract assignment. Located near Bellevue, NE, this position offers the opportunity to provide essential speech and language intervention in a positive school environment for the 2026–2027 academic year. You’ll work with a diverse caseload, collaborating with staff and families to promote communication and learning for up to 60 students across one or two elementary schools.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Prior experience working within a school setting strongly preferred
• Skills in assessment, individualized educational planning (IEP), therapy, and progress monitoring
• Ability to manage an elementary caseload of 40-60 students across multiple sites
• Superior communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to creating a supportive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop IEP goals tailored to each student
• Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress with consistent documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support
• Consult and coach educational staff in classroom strategies for student success
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations regarding speech-language services
