Overview Duly Health and Care is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our growing Rehabilitation Services team at the Lisle Medical Office Building Clinic. This role is ideal for clinicians seeking schedule flexibility, supplemental income, or an opportunity to remain active in outpatient practice while working alongside a collaborative team of rehabilitation professionals. Additional weekday availability preferred but flexible (morning or evening). Typical shifts are a minimum of 4 hours; additional hours may be available based on clinic needs and therapist availability. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans and goals. Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation colleagues to ensure coordinated care. Document patient care accurately within the EMR. Deliver exceptional patient experiences focused on outcomes and quality care. Environment 60‑minute evaluations. 30‑minute follow‑up appointments. No double booking. Built‑in documentation time. No required marketing or business development responsibilities. Collaborative team environment with access to specialty programs in sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular rehabilitation, pediatrics, concussion management, hand therapy, lymphedema, and Schroth method. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Illinois Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure. CPR certification preferred. New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply. Compensation The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $40.00–$55.00 per hour. A $5.00 per hour weekend shift differential is offered for Saturday coverage, resulting in an effective hourly rate of $45.00–$60.00 per hour for eligible weekend shifts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
