365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity in Des Moines, Iowa. Practice Environment
- Join a busy and well-established practice
- Strong referral base with immediate patient volume
- APP support across: Operating Room, Inpatient Care, Clinic
- Dedicated block time in both ambulatory surgery and hospital operating rooms
- Collaborative relationships with Breast Surgery, Neurosurgery, Oncology, Bariatric Surgery
- Multidisciplinary approach to complex patient care

Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive plastic and reconstructive surgery care
- Perform procedures across Reconstructive Surgery, Microvascular Surgery, Melanoma Reconstruction, Facial Trauma, Cosmetic Surgery
- Conduct preoperative and postoperative patient evaluations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
- Iowa medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA certification
- BLS certification
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Clean malpractice and license history
Open to both experienced physicians and graduating fellows. Visa sponsorship is not available.
