Essential Duties & Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC‑R systems for commercial and industrial customers. Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components within HVAC‑R systems. Interpret work orders and carry out assigned tasks with minimal direction; accurately enter and close work orders using the Service software platform. Operate a variety of tools, equipment, and machines necessary for daily operations. Request and requisition repair parts, materials, and equipment as needed. Perform all work in compliance with established safety procedures, company policies, and industry standards. Take on additional assignments and responsibilities as needed or requested. Consistently adhere to all safety guidelines and best practices. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Education & Experience Completion of a one‑ or two‑year technical program in HVAC Service/Technology and the corresponding HVAC experience required for Journeyman qualification. Must possess CFC/EPA Universal Certification. Proficient in HVAC‑R equipment and techniques, with the ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and applicable industry standards. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and emergency on‑call assignments as needed. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to represent the company professionally, ethically, and in alignment with our values and mission. Computer proficiency with the ability to learn and use a service software platform. Other Details This position will support the Duluth, MN territory and surrounding areas. Must join Local 11 union. Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license and remain in good standing in accordance with the company driving policy. All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of all required pre‑employment screenings in accordance with Company policy. Pay Pay: $21.00 – $42.00 per hour, depending on classification and union wage step per Local 11 Collective Bargaining Agreement. Benefits are provided through the Local 11 union organization.
