Thrive Pet Healthcare is looking for a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Germantown, MD.

About You

You’ll play an important role in pets’ lives by creating a welcoming and supportive experience for our clients and patients. Your life-changing work will range from greeting guests and coordinating appointments to answering questions, managing communications and providing seamless support throughout every visit from check-in to check-out.

Your Experience & Skills

· Minimum 2 years of Client Service experience

· Veterinary experience strongly preferred

· Possesses a positive work attitude

· Self-motivated

· Excellent communication and organization skills

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials, with an expected starting range of $20 – $24 / hour. The actual compensation will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
