Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional physical therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care strategies
Qualifications
- Active Montana Physical Therapist (PT) license required
- BLS/BCLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Willingness to work a 13-week contract with guaranteed hours
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of rehabilitation therapy techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with EMR systems and documentation
