Position Details

Location: Kearney, NE
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Hours: 37.5 per week

What You'll Do

As the first point of contact, you'll play a critical role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while delivering a top-tier client experience.

• Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Manage front desk operations and maintain office procedures
• Answer and route phone calls; respond to emails promptly
• Schedule appointments for attorneys and clients
• Handle clerical tasks such as filing, document prep and organization
• Maintain physical and digital filing systems
• Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
• Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
• Support attorneys and staff with administrative tasks

What You Bring

• Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Outlook and calendar management)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Professional presence with a client-first mindset
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
• High School Diploma or GED required
