Customer Logistics Manager - Dedicated Transportation

Manager Customer Logistics Oversees day‑to‑day operations within the assigned function, responsible for all aspects of operations and account management, including leadership of direct reports and attainment of daily operational goals. Key Responsibilities Customer service satisfaction and expectation management Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non‑exempt employees Day‑to‑day planning and scheduling Health and safety management Compliance with state, local and federal regulations Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Abilities Work within international functional teams High level analytical ability for complex problems Demonstrated technical and professional skills in related area Off‑shift support during critical customer network disruptions or crises Timely decision making Strong oral and written communication skills Create and maintain professional relationships across all levels Work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and self‑driven in fast‑paced environment Multitasking, excellent organizational skills Detail oriented with strong follow‑up practices Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) Advanced knowledge of logistics, supply chain, customer/company regulations and manufacturing production Intermediate knowledge of supply‑chain management components Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred Two or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field One or more years of direct supervisory/leadership experience Proficiency in MS Office; advanced logistics knowledge; advanced regulatory knowledge; intermediate supply‑chain fundamentals; advanced manufacturing/production knowledge Benefits Comprehensive training and continuing professional development Regional and local resources for support and growth Stability and peace of mind working with a Fortune 500 organization Additional day of paid time off for military veterans Compensation Salary range: $60,000 – $70,000 per year. May also be eligible for annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan.
