Your expertise will guide our culinary team in providing balanced and wholesome meals that support the health and vitality of those in our care. Please note this is not a remote position.Key Responsibilities:Conduct onsite, comprehensive nutritional assessments for residentsDevelop and ensure the implementation of individualized nutrition care plansCollaborate with onsite interdisciplinary teams to ensure nutritional adequacy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsAssist the Food Service Director in managing costs, overseeing food preparation and service, and developing department staffing plansEducate residents, families, and staff on nutritional requirements and healthy eating habitsMonitor and evaluate residents' nutritional status and make necessary adjustments to care plansIf you are committed to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals through nutrition, join our team as a Registered Dietitian.
